Young people today are growing up in a rapidly changing world.
They have talent and potential — but they need guidance,
leadership development, and positive environments that help them grow.
Identity confusion
Discover your true identity.
Uncertainty about the future
Pessimism and uncertainty about the future has increased in youth substantially due to the pandemic, including disruption in milestones like graduation celebrations and financial instability.
Cultural pressure & social media influence
Roughly half of teens in the U.S. say social media have a mostly negative effect on people their age, which has drastically increased since 2022.
Lack of positive leadership environments
A significant shortage of positive, structured leadership environments exists for teens, with less than 16% of U.S. youth accessing impactful leadership development by age 25.
Technological disruption
The altering adolescent brain wiring, causing dopamine regulation issues linked to depression, anxiety, and reduced attention spans, such as 90% of teens keep phones in their bedrooms, leading to sleep deprivation.
Parent-Child Disconnect
80% of parents say they’re extremely or very comfortable talking to their teen about their teen’s mental health. Smaller shares of teens (52%) feel the same way.
